After thinking more about introducing new eLearning & Collaboration Tools. If you are introducing new tools into your organization also the existing traditional tool’s roles should be changed. You should not use emails as you used to sending files and documents, because those documents/files are stored into team websites. You should not use face-to-face meetings for viewing presentations, but for interactive group/team activities using strong facilitation approach. You should not use teleconferences for explaining complex issues, but rather you should use virtual meetings involving application sharing and sharing issues for dozens of people.

If the use of existing tools do change their roles, then new eLearning & Collaboration tools have got a change to perform and dramatically change organization’s performance and efficiency.
