Today over 120 persons were sharing experiences of virtuality at their work and research. The virtuality was estimated to be a positive giving more freedom, flexibility and productivity. As a conclusion all the persons were responding that we have got enough technology, but what we are missing is more is guiding and supportin how to use tools more effectively. I strongly believe that the future is in virtual collaboration in which the persons are concluding their tasks and work duties in small virtual collaborative virtual teams. Although there are a lot of obstacles like the time, distance and cultures this will surpass the face-to-face type of activities in the long run.
